Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Lead Purchase and Payment Terms

Lead Purchases

All lead purchases are final upon completion of payment. Leads are delivered electronically through our platform or via agreed-upon delivery methods. Lead pricing is clearly displayed on our platform and may vary based on lead quality, exclusivity, and other factors.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Billing and Refunds

Payments are due immediately upon purchase. Refunds are provided only in cases of verified data quality issues or technical errors on our part, subject to our refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with supporting documentation.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to recurring services, your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Lead Quality and Data Accuracy

Quality Standards

We employ our proprietary Triple-Verification™ process to ensure lead quality. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a successful funding or business relationship. Lead quality may vary based on market conditions and data source availability.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all lead data. Business information may change rapidly, and we are not responsible for changes that occur after lead generation and verification.

Lead Exclusivity

Unless specifically designated as "exclusive," leads may be sold to multiple purchasers. Exclusive leads are clearly marked and priced accordingly. We maintain records of lead distribution to ensure exclusivity agreements are honored.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating lead contacts
• Sharing or reselling purchased leads to third parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our Platform
• Violating the privacy rights of lead contacts

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilation, are owned by Master MCA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
